  • At Rainbow Kiddies, we make social-emotional learning (SEL) simple, joyful, and meaningful for children aged 3–8 — through engaging storybooks, animated videos, and interactive workshops that teach life skills like empathy, gratitude, confidence, and resilience.

Meet the Founder

Pooja Subramanian

Specialist Diploma in Children and Youth Counselling and Management & Specialist Diploma in Counselling Psychology, ACC IHS Singapore (2022)

Pooja Subramanian is an alumni of IIM Lucknow, and GEC Thrissur in India. Ten years into her career in the technology industry, she started taking time off to understand more of child psychology. The more she read, the more she realized how vast and evolving this area is. Also, having a four year old at home, the new knowledge was definitely helping her. As she delved deeper into the subject and started applying the concepts in her life, she was amazed to see how it helped her and her family. That is when she decided to do some knowledge sharing in this space. Further, she quit her job in the industry and started building Rainbow Kiddies.

Pooja is also an author. She authored the book “Twigs Entwined” using the narrative mode “stream of consciousness”. This book was published in May, 2020 by Partridge Singapore.

Head of Animation

Starting from a career in sales and marketing – Arvind Danushkodi brought the learnings from there to reinvent a new career in Visual Art Content. The discipline of being self-taught, and a great network of mentors helped fast track his growth in the field of Content Production.

He gained experience creating animated content and illustrated narratives for multiple brands and various production studios across the globe.

With a keen interest in psychology research literature, it was a welcome opportunity for him to lead the Animation Content efforts here at Rainbow Kiddies.
